At Banana Club, we want you to love your new style, but if the fit isn't right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Banana Club account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
